About
Hello! My name is Jay Berkovitch, I'm an illustrator and comics enthusiast with a passion for character design and birds! I am also an aspiring voice actor, and will one day upload my voice reel for those who are interested. I am still a student, currently based in the San Fernando Valley, CA, and I am stepping out to begin my artistic journey out in the real world.Some fun facts about me!
- my favorite bird is the blue jay, but since we don't have any here, my other favorite is the California scrub-jay. my other favorites include the blue-footed booby and the american kestrel.
- I am nonbinary and an aroace lesbian, and much of my work deals with queer and transgender themes.
- my character design focuses most on humanoid beings, though I am branching out to also work with anthropomorphic and monstrous designs.
- I'm a great lover of sci-fi and I love smart alien design and furganomics!
- I love purple and bright colors. the brighter the better.Thank you for reading!
